That’s a decent shed footprint which strikes the right balance between size and practicality. The generous internal space enhances functionality, with the opportunity to divide it up into separate zones for different functions.
Office Awning Add-On
This is a really smart awning added to this workshop shed. It measures:
3.3 metres wide x 12 metres long x 3.46 metres high
It’s a clever addition that creates a separate office area thats still connected to the main shed. The owners fet uncomplicated flexibility - ideal for a business owner operating from their back yard.
Personal Access Door into Office Awning
A personal access door provides easy entry into the office awning area. Everyday foot traffic can come and go without opening the larger roller doors. Keeps things simple, keeps things practical - a PA door is one of those features you quickly realise you couldnt live without
Gable Roof at a 15-Degree Pitch
The gable roof is a classic look for a suburban shed. It’s eye-catchingas well as functional, offering excellent drainage capabilities, decent internal height and breezy throughflow and ventilation. This one is at a 15-degree pitch, which is a popular choice on sheds we build across the Toowoomba region.
Multiple Custom Windows
A number of custom Bradnams windows have been installed to let natural light into the shed. This will make a huge difference inside the workshop, turning it into a bright and comfortable space to work in,with reduced reliance on mains electricity too during the day.

Colorbond® Roof and Cladding
All Stockman Sheds are finished in Colorbond® steel cladding for the walls and roof. The shed is in the Shale Grey tone, with Deep Ocean gutters and barges providing contrast. It’s a sharp combination that looks right at home on a modern suburban property. Colorbond® is one tough product too. Locally produced, it’s built for Australian conditions and holds up extremely well against heat, storms and everyday wear.
Five Steel-Line Roller Doors
Access is a major feature of this workshop shed. In total, it includes five Steel-Line roller doors finished in Deep Ocean tone to match the barges and guttering. There are:

One on the side
One at the rear
